My partners inquired about one last adjustment to see if they like it. Could you remove the oars and stars and replace it with a fish? Nothing too cartoon--ish, but something that may be iconic?

You really are capturing what we were looking for. May I request that you rework this one with the ship wheel, but put the words RISING TIDES PROJECT in the rectangular box, as you did for the newer one you sent? Keep the hook as the "J".

I like the vintage look, but can you try a different font....for RISING TIDES. This one feels little too formal for me.
perhaps put a single hook for the "J" of the word "Project"?
