I like the icon and the g treatment on 40, but i think the other font could be more modern. Perhaps 38 could be inproved with a different color palette.

I think your latest submissions 147 and 148 are getting closer to what we are looking for.
Could we see a version along those lines perhaps in a slightly different font with all the letters in the same size?
