Boss narrowed contest down to 12 finalists in blind phase. He selected this icon with it on top (#169) versus on the left.

First entry with icon "in the middle" -- all other designers have been placing to left and above (which is ok too) -- so ranking it for now on day 4.

Ranked this option versus the REI version

We decided we do not want to abbreviate "Real Estate Investments" to REI. We would consider the use of REI only if it is used in a creative element/icon. I have the corrected creative brief.

Moved this one to "not interested" because two other designers have submitted designs with very similar icon in day 3 entries.

I placed this in "not interested" because of the "house icon" . Our company purchases small apartment buildings which are 1-3 stories and 8-24 units and the icon communicates single-family homes to me. I received quite a few designs with "house roof" on day 1 so I updated the creative brief in the morning. Thank you for your effort.

Easier to read this one but still like your other design I ranked better.

Going forward I will not need the slogan in the logo.
While creative, I am placing this in "not interested" because I think company name could be confusing if people don't see the H from the color blocking ... and think company name is Rig T Turn (assuming slogan is not included to give a clue.)

I am ranking this option on day 1. I am overwhelmed how many creative logos I received in the first 24 hours. Thank you for your many options. If you are selected, I will ask that the slogan be removed from this entry.
