I placed this in "not interested" because icon communicates "house" to me. We do not purchase houses. Thanks for the effort and your entry.

This one and 150 ... we want the words "Real Estate Investments" not the abbreviation REI if "REI" was not part of the icon or unique design element. I will clarify the brief.

Thanks for the 1st rank! Yeah agreed. I added some perspective to give the depth feel, it's like an arrow in a map which guide us during driving :)

I am amazed how many entries I received in the first 24 hours. I received many similar treatments so I updated my design brief this morning.

Sorry, I just moved this to "not interested" because another designer came in with same "T" and similar font. I am also moving that to "not interested." I have received more responses than I imagined in less than 24 hours. I saw many options using my stated ideas for "the right arrow" and "turning T" in the design brief. I have updated the design brief and removed my suggestions to spur additional creativity.

Thank you for your prompt action and entry into my contest. I have received an overwhelming response in less than 18 hours. I have moved this to "not interested" based on the alternatives I have received despite you following the design brief. While the "building icon" was unique, we buy small apartment buildings usually 8-12 units on 1 or 2 floors so I feel the icon symbolizes larger buildings and is not appropriate for our business. But it was unique! Thanks for your effort!

I believe the absence of one of the "t" in "right" or "turn" will lead to confusion with web domain and misspelling of company name.
