none of these screams shipping. The flag is a good start. Maybe #5 with a black border (like #4). The fonts for all are pretty average. Maybe the fancy R and fancy T could also be used in the company name

LOGOPE- we like the one you did for Curtis Benefits-in your portfolio

#1 is a good starting point. We need something in our logo related to maritime/shipping. Instead of the oil drop in #2 (not the message we want to send), perhaps waves under the RT?. Or, the circle could be a ship’s (steering) wheel or compass. Also, the font is not exciting enough. Perhaps the fancy R and fancy T could be used in the company name also? The orange needs to be a shade lighter/brighter. I like the highlight in the R in #3.

my first focus is creating the icon, then we can finalize the lettering for the name, i think that is the best way to get the final logo result. :)
