Thanks for all the variations, the chrome is interesting. I think I'm starting to narrow things down. Can you do the below variations?

Looks good, can you make a black example but change the Rickards back to green?

I like this the best. Can you do a few logos just changing the color of Capital Advisors? Maybe a black, a brown(mahogany), and a cherry (wood not fruit). I like the green for the "R" and Rickards.

#188 using stone gray.

No problem making any changes. See #186 and #187 - two different looks using the stone gray.

Can you change the color scheme? Doesn't have to be all the same color. Maybe green for the "R" in the box and for Rickards but Capital Advisors in a grey stone?

Changes are no problem at all. I will reuse the initial "R" font in the box. Please let me know if you have another preference. Thanks! Steve

Looks fantastic! Would you be able to change the font of the "R" in the box? Also, would you be able to change the color to an evergreen or crimson?

This has some potential and I started looking at some similar ones from established hedge funds and the logo of OCH-ZIFF caught my eye. With font and color the same as your logo, can you create a similar design? Link is below:
