I don't just work on residential. I also work on commercial projects. I've GCed very upscale complete gut rehabs and Ive also installed a stop sign in a strip mall for a commercial property manager. I also received a call to repair a fence in an upscale Northshore neighbor hood. My clients expect quality and they like dealing with someone they can trust.
