Hello, my proposal is a bit more daring of the commonly presented. In it I created a new and unique symbol that represents the orientation and grouping. The symbol is possible to compose several arrows pointing to all directions of the cardinal points. Also passes the concept of separate people around the symbol and when they join make an solid association in the center.
