I can but only if you rank this design #1 - only the #1 ranked designer can submit any new ideas or changes when a contest is in judging mode.

per your request - the logo in more navy and metallic gold look. You may still want a 1 color version which I can do for you as well - needed when things are photocopied or cannot use gradients. thanks for feedback.
