I like where you are going with #11 but would prefer it on a white background. I like the R on the shield but maybe a phoenix on a shield would be cool. I'm not interested in #10 but I bet if I saw a unique or distinct looking tree, I would like it better

Wow, now #38 and #39 are cool. Can come up with some other phoenix options? I want several options for my team to look at. Maybe a phoenix behind the shield, engulfing it? Or taking flight?

I would still like to see some more phoenix options. I like the head on the shield but most people think it's an eagle head. Most people think of a phoenix with the wings open and flying straight up

Can I also see #16 with the name style you use in #39?

Can we see #143 in a solid black and white design? Maybe the shield and bird are black and the outline of the bird is white to match the background?
