We like this logo, the only thing we do not like is the recycling sign, as it looks like there is an N inside it. Could you replace this with the triangle recycling sign with 3 arrows, but keep it at the same height and width of the R and the N to either side. Also try it with making it look more like an O.
Could you also replace the Strapline with "Global IC/PCB Re-Use & Recycling" and also let us see an example where the lines do not extend outwith the globe.
