Retro on CongressLogo Design Contest

I like the words in entry #4 but put it together with the graphic in entry #3. Really like the red outline of words and blue "on congress". I would like to see that. Also, for a possible other look, I like the look of #4 but do not like how the guy looks to triangle shaped because of his hands in his pocket. Any other graphics? I do like how he is faceless. Do not want to make anone look too black or to white, could be either. The name you nailed in #4.
