I like #17, can you try some different poses for the ninja, like maybe he's in the air jumpkicking like as in video games? Also for #17 have the words on top, flip the rainbow design like a mirrow below the text, and have the ninja below the text as well.
This is my favorite one but I think it may be out of proportion, the rainbow shape kind of dominates the whole logo. Can you please play with changing the proportions, maybe make the font bigger, try a different shape for the rainbow thing, and maybe another position for the ninja such as: http://vintageninja.net/wp-content/uploads/12.jpg
Nice work! I'm not sure if I like 50 or 53 better. Some feedback:
Changes for 50: I like the font from 53 better (no need for the orange bars between the characters, let's do a version without them (so font is just like 50).
Changes for both: I'd like to see some different fonts for "Retro Games" for both logos, I do like the current font, it reminds me of Activision font from the 80's which is really, but maybe try another font that's not as elaborate with the "A" and "R characters extending below the font line.
Looking great, 60 is my new favorite, just a few things to try out:
- redo 60 keeping everything the same except change the "t" in Retro, it's a little hard to read and doesn't quite seem to match the style of the other characters
- redo 60 with same changes as above, but go ahead and extend the orange line from the rainbow below the "Retro Games" like how you did in 50, but this time it would be one solid line as the characters don't dip below.
Could you try using some different colors for the word "ninja" and the ninja character itself? I'm thinking some different blues might look good. Maybe look at the logo that's currently ranked #2 in the contest from another artist for ideas. Thanks!
