In this entry i have modified the "r" letter tail with a grey square -
to symbolize more the urban planning side - (concrete, angles, order) and a leaf - to symbolize more the environmental sustainability side.

thanks for all the effort and thought you've put into this. i really like the direction you are going with the rounded letters. could i see a version with more "natural" colors - greens, browns, tans, etc?

Variations of the tail of "r" letter as a square and "e" letter, the weight of the letters a bit lighter + slight color variations of purple and blue.

This are my entries for your consideration presented in various colors.
