I think this a good start!

I'd really like to see a design that has a charcoal/black background, and perhaps white and green lettering?

I think these two are a bit too feminine feeling for me as well. I think I may need to adjust that in the contest brief.

I like the tie you added... still not quite sure what's missing to make it perfect though. I think it's the green blocks that remind me of a charity or something
