Im sorry i have not been busy the last day or so, prior commitments, but i will get to updating my designs for you today :)

Another thought, Ray, is to weave the opposing arrows throughout the rest of the text. Might require changing the bottom of the "S" to a different shade of gray.

Another possible idea is to make one of the letters look like a plug or power receptical.

Like it better...very similar to what my team was just discussing.
I don't know if there is an "elegant" way to represent, but what about the concept of jumper cables? Nothing to do with restaurant, of course, but definitely starting!

Also, Ray, if you are using the blue, please use # 00c5cd.

Also, it has just occurred to us that this looks similar to some political campaign material (https://i.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/original/000/020/669/ChlZGdOW0AAFhUD.jpg).
Can you think of another way to introduce a "start" or "motion" element within the boxed framework of this one?

You still have our hearts, and we appreciate the very creative ideas you have presented! Amazing!
Could we see a version of this with some suggested mods. If you do it and think it totally bites, we're fine for you to ditch it.
Make Restaurant about 50% of current size, set it into the top line, reversed, on a charcoal gray (font color) rectangular background.
This would make restart the absolute star, we think.
