My first submission. I did a handwritten scripted letter "r" sectioned to create a subtle cross in the mark. I went with a very light and soft (friendly and welcoming) blue complimented with a medium to deep shade of grey.
Hi and thanks for the submissions! I really like the clean, simple look with a splash of color that you have going on. Here are my thoughts so far:
#12,13,14 - probably my favorite of the bunch so far. I like the left orientation the best (#12). I like the fonts, but I don't like how the word "church" is highlighted more than the word "resonance". The word "resonance" needs to be more prominent than the word "church" somehow.
#11 - I think this one could be really good if the word "resonance" were a different font and the logo were different somehow.
#17,18,19 - could you try something with a circle? Also, i think this style would be better with less going on inside the shape.
Overall, could you try something other than an "r" or cross?
Thanks for continuing to submit! - Try to stay away from the cursive font, I feel like it's too feminine. - continue trying other symbols, because I really like the feel and look of what you're designing, but the symbol just isn't right yet.
#251 and #252 I know you said stay away from religious symbols but I figured if I could add a recognizable symbol while not having it draw too much attention or take away from how unique/unorthodox the mark is then maybe it can work and I may get away with it :)
You're feedback is always welcome and very valuable. What are your thoughts?
could you try something within the circle that is like a graphic equalizer display (google search: "graphic equalizer wallpaper" or "graphic equalizer display") with a different color scheme?
#389 I added some perspective to the logo to give it some dimension. #390 and #391 I used the space between the bars to create the letter "r". In #392 and #393 I used the same method to create a cross. Again, I did this fully aware that you're not big on the religious symbols. I did it anyway so you could see how it looks.
