The main thing is a concept. Technically you should appreciate entries in black/white. Colors could be applied later once concept is secured. Anyways, this one is great. This one is awesome. Please consider it as well. Icon constructed from r-letters showing various directions (decisions) possible. Also looks as a north star (leading way reference, a guide). Simple, trustful, bold.
