I like the clean shapes of the graphic. Perhaps some modifications on the "X" could improve the impact. DX is the industry standard for the term "Diagnostics". A free flowing "X" may improve the graphic in my eyes.
Also, could I see the "Research" and "Dx" text in the same colors as the logo.
