Thanks! In my design I wanted to connect circuit board with headset and robotic head and in the same time keep it all simple. Here I added mike as you requested. #518 has slightly different font - if you can notice the subtle difference.

also... the character you made almost appears to have a headset on already, which is great, as it's one of the things I'm asking for to exude the customer service rep idea (please re-read my narrative, I've updated it). can you try adding in a little boom microphone in a way that doesn't make it look too busy?

I like the happy robot. can you provide other versions of the character, and try different fonts?
