Thanks for the extra info provided, it helps alot. This new submission encompasses two aspects.... arrows showing the renewable side of your business but also stylised to give a sense of movement and energy. Then incorporated into the arrows are abstract people to give the human element. It gives the sense of the people searching and being drawn into your placement center.
