Thank you for submitting designs for us. I like #39 and #40 as well.
I like the uniqueness of #50, and I like the colors in #50, but I think it might be too abstract or modern for us. However I do encourage you to continue to submit unique and alternative designs like #50. It's the unique designs that stand out of the crowd. After a while, all of the brown and green houses start to look the same.
I like the colors in #40, and I like the font. I like the roof line. I can't think of any improvements to that design.
#39 looks nice, but for some reason it just isn't resonating with me, but I don't know why. When I look at it, I like every part of it.
About the only changes I can think of in #39 and #40 would be to do a little more with the word "properties". Either adding lines to either side to fill the space, or to stretch the spacing out between the letters. - but I would like to see the properties line be the same width as the word "Rennhack".
