Thank you for creating this design for me. I have asked several friends for feedback, and so far, your entry (#3) is their favorite. It is eye catching. I'm not fond of the font/typeface in #3, additionally, I'm not a huge fan of maroon.

Lets try a new font, I like the font in #8. Lets try centering the word 'rennhack' under the roof, as its just a hair off center , and see what affect that has. Additionally, lets try a different color than maroon.

I thank you for your help in creating our logo.

Text has been changed to a more modern look. Staying with three colors , Dark Gray , Green, And Brown.

Thank you very much for the updated designs.

You continue to rank very high with my friends that are helping me evaluate the submissions.

I like the new font in #16, and the text centered. I'm not fond of that shade of green. Also, your brown looks red to me, so lets try a different shade of brown.

Thank you for the Negative version in #17 to see what it looks like on black.

In this design I have changed the green to a richer CMYK Green with a little fade added. Brown is a Pantone H95-9C. The Gray is at 80% and all three can be adjusted as you like. The arrangement can also be changed as needed. Please continue to request specifics in color changes and text preference.
I have 3000 fonts on file if you have a special request.

The triple roofs in your designs do a good job of showing a row of houses, but it takes up too much space. Lets try a more compact design.

I like the brown in #18

The green still looks too bright.
