We like this icon. Can we see what it would look like on a white background? What color(s) would you suggest, etc.

We keep comming back to this one! Could we see #1 with a white background so we can see what it might look like on letterhead, for example.

Also can we see #1 with the changes from above with the red from #38.

Here are the variations you were after. I have left a small gradient on the white background to maintain the reflective effect but it is a two second change to make this solid white if you wish.
