Remixx BandLogo Design Contest

Thanks for providing two versions, greenblaze.

May I ask what the piece of metal symbolizes behind the text? Please forgive me, but I am not sure what it is.

Also, could you show us the white background version with the word BAND taken OUT of the design? We have decided we like just Remixx and could you make the work REMIXX larger?

Thank you for your interest..the background is based on an abstraction...they are sky scrapers.
the idea was to remix them and give them a dual meaning..glitz and quality
they could also appear to be dinner tables, seating arrangements or even stage lights
i was playing around with the idea until i come up with a visually interesting look...
the whole background draws your eye into the center focusing on your name.

Thanks for explaining about the background. It's really cool, but I am not sure if people would know what they are as related to the band. They do draw your eye to the band name though.
