Like the solid color of the leaf. Maybe just play with the selected colors a bit.

This is a great concept. Could you perhaps remove "psychedelic" leaving only "therapeutics" and re-centering?

You can also play with the colors used, doesn't have to be green. You can start with the colors used in this logo.
