#14 - I REALLY like the overall concept, most especially the lettering/font in Relevant and in the Services and Solutions portion. I'm not so fond of the RS&S lettering/font in the oval. Perhaps tweak that a bit; lose the red and the ampersand and just play with the lettering/font. Otherwise, this has STRONG potential.

#13 - Same as #14 - everything inside the oval still needs work. Everything else is great.

Also, the Relevant part with the green "v" (check mark) is GREAT. That part is done. I LOVE it.
Start over on a great logo to marry to it - that's all you're missing.
Whatever you do, use lower case letters for the "rss" part.
