Definitely like this better...Since the world is also a quotation box, can we try that over the 'i' in Reid? Or maybe go back to the REID as regular font with no graphic and keep the graphic on the left. I like each element but feel like there's too much going on. Would still like to see more color but in shades of green/blue (earth/sky; clear blue ocean/sky vibe).

Perhaps like that?

I think I'd like a combo of this #99...book on the left, and something like a quotation box above the i in Reid...
The orange is not my favorite, but I like the teal.
