-perhaps more of an abstract picture or mark without the initials?
-extend line slightly above and below words with picture/mark all on the left
-"REHABWORKS" as 1 word

-picture is too abstract and does not feel as elegant as the words look
-any other picture or figure ideas: something that shows a little bit of flow/movement?
-good blue colour combinations
