I like the emphasis on Reformed and the clever inclusion of the cross, but the precise font makes Reformed a little too difficult to read at a glance.

I like the idea of using R and B in this way, and that you've included the cross symbol. It actually feels like the perfect place to incorporate an open Bible - at the base of the cross, instead of the slight "hill" it's seeing on right now. Also, working in "a family of families" would be great.

I like the overall look, except the cross is too stylized, I think. It reminds me of some hotel franchise that I can't remember the name of right now...
