I have a Question. If this logo wins the tournament will I be able to move the Double R's to the bottom or to either side of the logo depending on what I am putting the logo on? Does it come to me in layered tiff file?

Yes Looks good! I like the Double R with the shadowing. Possibly just the solid blue as before for Reflections by Richard

I like these double R designs by you. I may even like them more if there was a drop shadow on the letters plus maybe a bevel & emboss to add some Dimension to the letters especially on the Double R's. possibly a small drop shadow on the rest
