only first ranked can submit entries as mentioned in my earlier message. You have to put me in first rank and after my submissions you can reshuffle the rankings

sure, that can be added, but as you know the contest is in selection phase and in this phase the first ranked designer can submit entries, iF you shuffle the rankings and put me in first place for some time, i would be able to submit the revised design. Later you can shuffle the rankings according to your choice.
