Icon minor update

I agree 100% reference another State send the wrong message.

I liked the idea but I'm starting to have second thoughts on mixing Seattle into it.

no I like the more classy modern look

New typeface face for Redding Homes.

Revised the icon letters, is this what you had in mind?

I understood all, Close the letter R this will require different font. I will re-work the icon

Can you make the "rh" under the roof more symmetrical and try different fonts? Also with the R in Redding I'm unsure about the point. I'll point at what I'm referring to. (the markup tool is extremely hard to use for some reason)
