Sorry i can't do the reverse R because my other fellow designer already used it first and we (designers) have rule here. I hope you understand in the mean time i have send a message to he/her to get the permission to used it.

and another idea put the normal hand reaching down and the RA hand reaching up - just to see if it looks any more striking?

sorry also could you try a slightly larger font for the Redcliffe and Northside bit - not sure if it will mess up the look but just to see ease of reading

can you also do a version of this with the second R reversed and another with a light blue instead of Red

could you try two things a) try a paler blue instead of the Red and b) reversing the second R just to see what that looks like in terms of symmetry ?

can the RNR be "thicker" so the hands don't look so skinny as they are a bit "scary" really like the concept awesome job
