The blue looks pretty good, actually. I envisioned a) somewhat more white space surrounding the text inside the house (not so crowded) and b) a more symmetrical basic house with roof overhangs, though this one could just have overhangs added and look good.

Not so much. :-(

I really like the way you have the fonts going on. Now that my brain has been chewing on so may ideas I would like to suggest a thin line house outline that encompasses all that you have here, just to keep house/home/real estate in general as part of the overall mix. And might I see what that would look like in both the gray you have and in a navy blue instead? House outline in red? Thanks for submitting this idea!

Sorry. The rabbit looks a lot like a dog. A little too stylized for what I'm after.
