108 is very interesting. Can you do it without the dots in the circles?

I really like your 122 and 161. 122 is nice and unique. However I can't figure our the meaning. Another one along the same lines might work. 161 is nice too, but too busy icon withe the maple leaf and the circle. Looking for simple and professional. Leaf not necessary.
