Red Dust Psychology and ConsultingLogo Design Contest

I made some new versions from the examples that you gave us but I tried to keep also some of my old design.I'm waiting for your feedback and I m sure that we can find the right logo.

Again liking the feel but not the style dust is written in.

Like the two tone red standing out against the rest of the lettering in the grey. Prefer the font of the psychology and consulting part, unsure about the dust bit.

Thanks like the idea, layout style, but not really keen on the font, feels but dated and too formal. Not sure if would appeal to younger age group.
