Very cool!
I love the idea behind #176, it's got the simplicity I'm looking for. The main concern I have is that it looks a bit like fishbones. Do you think you could try some tree variations? Also, it might be kind of neat if the dark part was actually black crows- what do you think?

#173 and #174 are pretty cool too, but they're not quite a slick as #176. Anyway, very impressed with these submissions! Maybe you just need some roundness - kind of like the "allfire" logo in your portfolio.

I'll check back often to keep up with your submissions, very excited to see the second round on #176!

I keep thinking about this one, so I certainly like it. Do you think we could have less branches and make the red crow larger? I'm not sure it's immediately recognizable at the moment.

Agreed. #210 is cool, I also enjoy the font you used for #204 and #176. Do you think the design would still work if the red crow was large enough to break the dark circle? I've showed this to some colleagues and they all find the crow is too small to be recognized at a glance.

Additionally, if we want to only use one red crow, can we make the tree shape (dark circle) look as though it's a very dense grouping of crows through silhouetted beaks, feet and wings on the outside? It might read like foliage at first- which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just a thought.

Your simplified tree is great, by the way. I'm finding it hard to choose one that suits us best, but I would say that #207 has some real potential if we could reduce the crow count. I know that you're doing groupings of 3, which I admire- but it's going to be hard to make the bird shapes larger with so many.

Out of curiosity, could we try a variation on #206 with a faint gray tree in the BG? Like imagine it used the #207 speech bubble shape but only at like 15% opacity and a white tree. Just to show that it's there? Maybe that's silly.

These are great, I'm going to eliminate a few though so we'll try to work from a smaller grouping.

Apologize for this late response,

Here are my update designs:
#328 & #330 : i think these are too busy, still better simplicity of #327 or #329

#330 works well, because the little white dots are a nice way to indicate more crows without actually over complicating. Could you work on reducing the amount of black crows in this design so that it feels a little more asymmetrically balanced? I'm thinking you could drop from 10 crows poking out, to like 3 or 4.

I think that #329 would work with #328's execution. Black on gray, but we may have to lighten the gray some for contrasts sake.

#327 might also work if you extended the left most branch and put two front facing white crows in the branch (smaller than the red crow) and indicated they were front facing by placing a little beak on each of them. If you do decide to try this, I'd make the red crow bigger again still.

Fantastic round! Thanks so much for your submissions.

Hello, thanks! These are very cool.

Could you take #202 and extend the branch with the red crow enough that it could sit more like #327 (size and all).

Could you also take #456, remove the second crow on the lower branch and change the black crows to have their mouths closed. Just so they look a bit different than the red one. Could you also face the 3 black crows left and leave the red one facing right?

Additionally, could #457's font change to something thinner- try something like #204 again. Also, it might make sense to add another crow to the bottom branch (3 white and 1 red). Not sure, maybe play around with that idea.

Do you think there's any way to make the red bird more crow like? Lots of people like the idea, but they think people would say "red bird" not "red crow". Additionally, I'd still like to see some investigation into make the black part of the tree shape a bit more like a murder of crows- less eyes than you did before, but it's worth a simplification (I think).

I like #469, but the red crow still isn't as crow-like as it could be. it looks more like a chickadee. Do you think we could zoom in a little bit? So that we see less tree and more bird?

This is looking cool, the spacing isn't right though. Could you try to balance the logo a bit more by having the red crow and his branch move upward some? It's very close to the birds underneath. Do you have any color variations of this design? One for a dark BG for instance?
