I like this but I am mentally struggling reconciling how I explain the monkey to clients, and also the need to have a story to offset any immediate assumptions they'll have when hey see a business consulting company with monkeys in their logo. Any ideas from you why a monkey works?

I'd like to draw you attention to contest I entered a few months ago. As soon as I reviewed the contest I knew exactly what to do. Though I entered towards end of the open phase, the CH was blown away by the submission. Though I never was ranked which was unfortunate, the CH contacted me a couple of weeks ago because he could not get the design out of his head. He purchased the design and is re-branding the company with my work not what was select. (new site is under construction) He knew the from the moment he saw the submission but his team wanted subdued.
My question to him was simple what is you r personality and how does effect your company.
The abstract banana hand concept is a simple wave, to get someone's attention, to say hello, a form of communication. The "Red thumb" is a spin on "Green Thumb" for growing in this case the red for developing and growing business.
