It looks like this one is the winner... we have one more request: I would still like to see a little less detail in parts of the capital building. Maybe try removing every other blue line (the negative space between columns) as well as some of the lines in the dome section. I can totally understand how this may mess the shape up too much but I think its worth a try.

we this is interesting but we are concerned it is a bit busy and we won't be able to see it when we reduce the size

we like the idea but the graphic of the capital building isn't an accurate reflection. Could we see with a more accurate depiction.
