Logo update #1436 #1437

Yes, I will do it immediately as you directed.

I like the buikding in this one. If you could clean up the lines a bit. The horizontal lines shouldn’t be longer the. The ends of the building. The vertical lines can stick up as they are here. I would like to see even spacing of the lines up top on both sides of the building. More lines like the left side are better.

Also can I see two versions. One with the words “Real Estate Consulting” in blue like you have it, and one “Real Estate (black) Consulting (blue)”

Could you please change the word Consulting to blue? curious how this looks.
I like the buildings with this one.

Only thought is if we could somehow make one of the buildings look like it's just being built, maybe it has scaffold on it? any ideas?

Hi, really appreciate your attention, your design time, and your efforts so far. I am happy to say i have decided to go with your logo as the winner. I would like to tweak a few things, but I am excited to move forward with your work.

One of the things that my family and friends liked about the competition was that it stood out more, and the color pallet was nice. That being said, the reason i'm selecting you is that your design will transfer better to documents, reports, email signatures, graphics, and marketing materials. Also i'm trying to remember that the logo has to look good in black and white when printed without color, or greyed out as a watermark on a document.

I will be making the official selection now but thank you for continuing to work with me on this.

I will try to change it with some ideas I have.

I like these colors the best. I also like the format of the words underneath.
Can you try to vary the buildings a bit? I mean they should lol a bit different from each other. The height change seems good but I mean the shape and faces of them? Any ideas?

i like the check mark adjustment you made.
I would still like to see the RE separated from the CON somehow. Maybe with color?
Also the words Real Estate Consulting are very close and hard to see where the spaces are. Maybe if they were a mix of capital first letters and lowercase?
