Can you replace the torch with an image of Indiana?

I like this one but only the R and C in ReCenter should be capitalized

I like the concept, but it's a little busy.

Can you remove the tag line and stars. Make the torch flames red, blue and purple. Keep the concentric circles. Move the word Indiana to the bottom of the graphic. Thank!
