this still remains our fav out of the bunch. I think a curved bottom to it and maybe some waves or surf under the Gulf Coast would work.

I really like these, as it is functional. The logo can easily be laid our vertically or horizontally when different needs arise. #91 and #92

i like this. not sure about the two tone blue in the porch area, but looks nice. maybe a curved bottom or rounded bottom with gulf coast rounded as well and maybe a same color blue wave or surf symbol. the green wave didn't look right. ty.

I like this. What about placing some waves under the gulf coast as well?

So many realtors with the literal house interpretation. I like the idea of a house implied by the porch rail, but emphasizing quality of life and feeling over the literal.

Strong design on signage.

This design is more of a feeling. The porch with a view. Relaxed living.
