RealtyGulfCoastLogo Design Contest

I used the same font throughout here, it kinda looks too big on screen, ill upload a slightly smaller Realty too now :)

Sure I can check through my fonts, but unfortunately I left my PC about an hour ago, so will not be able to upload until the morning.

we are between 118 and 123. is there a font for 'Realty' that is identical to the bottom Gulf Coast? We like the bottom fine either way and we like the word Realty in how it's bold and how it stands out.

Oops, seems i used an older design when i updated this, i will add the extra bird again. The font is in fact in that style, no cutting or editing involved :)

did you want to have the house with three birds or two? is the 'a' & 's' getting cut off by the house in 'coast' or is that the style?

I think i like it better with 3 birds, it seemed empty with only two on one side. I will update the letter t on this now for you :)

I think i like the one you have ranked 2 best, due to the house seeming 'more in the background' but casually :)

what's your preference on the birds and the house design? i see how they are slightly different on the logos.

which design do you think would look best on real estate signs and teeshirts, etc?

can you make the horizontal line through the t fatter like the other t's?

I updated the current ranked first design, i took some of the arch out of the Realty, i think it gives it a little more eligibility :)

Really like this one. Especially with the birds.

Can you work with this a little? We love the bottom half. Maybe make the realty bigger?

If someone put a gun to my head, I'd pick this one easily. Although from a distance, it's hard to read the word realty, it really fits the screen and layout of this logo. I'm thinking we are going to probably go with you as the designer. Without re-inventing the wheel, could you make the blue oval bubble a shell or a surfboard? Maybe the line through the t more prominent. this is probably #1 right now for us. We had been looking for a design different than the rest and honestly didn't know what we wanted when we started, but this design exudes flavor and style.

the l and t in realty look too alike. This is probably #2 right now.

really torn. like both a lot. Can you again adjust the font on the Realty? It's probably fine the way it is and I'm nitpicking. i look at it from a distance and it looks like Really instead of realty.

the gulf coast g throws us off. still like your first submission the best, but maybe the Realty from this one with the Gulf Coast from our fav.

This still remains our fav. The bottom part looks great. We still want the 'Realty' to stand out a little more so when you see it from a distance, you know it's realty.

Can you play with the font a little bit so it's a little easier to read or it stands out from afar? People I showed this design too responded quite favorably. They loved the retro look. There is def something to this design. Some refinement might nail it.

I like the two tone in the colors.

The arch over the palm tree maybe should be a house roof shape? The palm tree should be a little more defined?

The houses on both sides make it too busy, but I like the waves, maybe they should cover the whole bottom?
