like this, but the palm trees where they are currently placed, kind of interfere with the letters in COAST. The rest looks pretty nice though. maybe place a prominent one between realty and gulf coast? if there isn't a spot toward the end of the verbiage?

maybe add waves under part or all of it? instead of the fancy A, maybe place a home roof over the whole top of the logo that includes the trees?
