make SQUAD a little longer also

This is good. Can you make the key look more like a key? maybe taller and shrink the hi-rise building so that the Y is not touching

Please let us know as soon as possible if you can show us REALTY lowered and SQUAD underneath the key....try it also with same font sizes. one of the partners is leaning towards a different design and i would like him to see yours. You have been very creative and i really appreciate that!

Can you center the R of REALTY over the star so may need to shrink the width a little and then lower it. Can you widen SQUAD and place it under the skyline of the key. Lastly Can you Darken the blue?

1) Yes, I will be able to send vector files as soon as you need. After you announce the winner we will discuss it on the handover process. 5) Shield and stars idea will be much close to Captain America Shield as far I know it has been copyrighted by marvel. But, there are a lot of ways to make it safe from a copyright or trademark issues. Using Captain America Shield as inspiration doesn’t break the law, but the visual implementation should be different enough to the original one. We can discuss it further based on Copyright Law.

First & Foremost we want to thank you sincerely for your participation in this contest. You have done a lot of work and we truly appreciate your efforts.

As we approach the final hours of this contest before we need to make a tough decision we ask a few things:

1) Will you be able to provide the vector files tomorrow if we decide tomorrow on the main design. We need a logo sent for print immediately. What will you need from us in order to turn it around quickly?

2) Show us FONT VARIETY...Can you use this logo and show us various FONTS and placement of that font using your best judgment with this design. Feel free to send as many as you would like for us to review. We now have narrowed it down to 3 designers (we know we could have kept it at 5 until tomorrow however we felt comfortable with 3) and you are 1 of 3 that we are very carefully considering. So again thank you for your hard work.

3) We ask that now that you have gotten to know us....create one more design with NO GROUND RULES FROM US (a freelance design aside from the premise we set the standard on in this contest in the description) using REALTY SQUAD that is something different from what is here that we really really like. We just want to see one more piece of your variety so surprise us with it. WE are in real estate, we are local real estate superheros and we want to be different that most traditional real estate brokers.

5) what else are we missing if anything and even though i know we are not directly copying an trademarks here and the design we feel are far enough away from that, should we be concerned about an copyright or trademark issues with the shield/star idea? Please discuss your thoughts.

Can you get rid of the Buffalo, NY and center the R of REALTY over the shield and make it bigger

OK the RS is out. We need the star!
Also the Buffalo, NY is out...it's going to be obvious.

This is my favorite design but one of my partners said its way too busy. He is looking for more clean sleek and toned down a bit.....can you help?

lower REALTY, put SQUAD under key keeping the same size font. Get rid of Buffalo, NY also... we can also incorporate that later

Can you try leaving this font size exactly the way it is. Placing SQUAD underneath the key....then lowering the REALTY but not the point it is touching any portion of the key. This is a good design. thanks for all your hard work on this.

nice touch! could you also shrink the width on REATLY and center REALTY over SQUAD..REALTY should still be bigger than SQUAD I think. Also my wife suggested 2 other things. Send a proof without the reflection (gloss) to be able to see it. Then also in lieu of RS in the key put a star....try red circle with blue star and use existing with blue star. Let me know if you have any questions. Nice work!

This is really good. few more items i would like to try. 1) put SQUAD where Realty is currently in this design and put REALTY above it make it the entire length of the logo. 2) make the Buffalo NY skyline longer on the key if it doesn't skew it to much. doable?

Ok. thanks again for doing this font. I am thinking on like the one from 173 better and could you also put the star in the A on this design. Also can you get rid of the .com and stretch SQUAD the entire length of key using the font again from #173.... Nice job again. i am liking this one and think the other 2 partners will also

not sure why this just not seem like the Buffalo NY skyline. I am liking this logo...hope the partners will agree. Could you maybe lower the HSBC tower on the right and extend the REALTY to the end and also Squad to the end. we can always incorporate .com later smaller elsewhere. Nice job

Also could you make Realty bigger than Squad. Is the skyline you are using Buffalo NY skyline silhouette?

I like the font with start in the A and the Q better in 171. I like the RS in the key. Could you try few different Bold fonts for this .... this is the right idea. Nice job.

I like the skyline in #128 in lieu of this one, also maybe you could find a sleek font that has the Q with the line going through the O like in Q. Please remove the tagline KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS for now.

I appreciate the detail in this skyline seeing windows etc. Try a few new fonts. Show logo without sillouette and tagline.

....also get rid of the superheros also incorporate the white line thru the key so it can bring out that it's a key.

Font is super important. Try a bold solid font with a q that has the line coming into the O circle of Q
