First & Foremost we want to thank you sincerely for your participation in this contest. You have done a lot of work and we truly appreciate your efforts.

As we approach the final hours of this contest before we need to make a tough decision we ask a few things:

1) Will you be able to provide the vector files tomorrow if we decide tomorrow on the main design. We need a logo sent for print immediately. What will you need from us in order to turn it around quickly?

2) Show us FONT VARIETY...Can you use this logo and show us various FONTS and placement of that font using your best judgment with this design. Feel free to send as many as you would like for us to review. We now have narrowed it down to 3 designers (we know we could have kept it at 5 until tomorrow however we felt comfortable with 3) and you are 1 of 3 that we are very carefully considering. So again thank you for your hard work.

3) We ask that now that you have gotten to know us....create one more design with NO GROUND RULES FROM US (a freelance design aside from the premise we set the standard on in this contest in the description) using REALTY SQUAD that is something different from what is here that we really really like. We just want to see one more piece of your variety so surprise us with it. WE are in real estate, we are local real estate superheros and we want to be different that most traditional real estate brokers.

4)What happens after the contest? Are you available to us for other design needs?
5) what else are we missing if anything and even though i know we are not directly copying an trademarks here and the design we feel are far enough away from that, should we be concerned about an copyright or trademark issues with the shield/star idea? Please discuss your thoughts.

ok Buffalo, NY is out and the Buffalo in the circle is out also after review with my partners....we need a star.
The font needs to be bigger and bolder i think.

Could you make the Q in SQUAD more distinguished with having the line of the Q go through the O in the Q keeping this font style? Could you also send a design that has the key a bit wider but maybe not as long as the REALTY SQUAD (just short of the distance) and incorporate BUFFALO, NY underneath the skyline and white line. Doable?

Try a Red Star in the logo inside the key in lieu of people silhouette

Could you try a star on the middle? Could you try a buffalo in the middle? Want to impress my partners :)

Also same font on this one as in your other design so them at the Q has the line thru it. I do like this font. Anyway to make it more Bold, make it pop a bit more?

....also could you make the key as wide as the Realty Squad font to see how that looks?

Could you pls try a Buffalo in lieu of the star?

A Lil change in gears. Could you try RS in the middle of the circle of the key and also try a version with a Buffalo?

Loose the sillouette for now. In place of can you try like a captain America shield star style look

Can you work on a better font. Loose the sillouette and add a star in lieu of. Like the font. I would like to see the q in squad Q with the line coming thru the inner circle of the font.
