Can we try to do something in flavour of following designs(from your profile)-Organizing Sysems example, claims agency example or or partners group(red one) example...I am open to different colors as well

#17 looks good, maybe it is too bright...I would also consider to incorporate RE(for realty Expertise) instead of house cliche

#46, colors start looking better, maybe try to choose similar colors to entry 18 and entry 28, i like those fonts and colors for image and letters. Thank you!
