Realtor HQLogo Design Contest

I never do anything too simple as it appears generic and I never use roofs for real estate as it's used excessively to the point where the market is saturated in "roof" logos or 4 square windows. I always make something unique and hopefully more than satisfactory to your description and company value. Please feel free to lay it on me any ideas you have. I can not currently provide any more designs unless I'm ranked in the top 10, even if it's temporary just so I can upload. I'm available tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday for further work for you guys. :)

Seems you had a change of heart for the design. I can't upload any further work since I'm "prefers other designs" instead of being ranked at all. Can you tell me what's on your mind or what you're feeling more towards? Seems like I was wiped completely off the board for what I've done and just looking for some guidance. The "curve" line could also represent sonar leading to the central hub of the "Q" which is pretty neat, too. Again, it's not necessary but I felt it applied in more ways than one for the overall feel. Definitely your call, just let me know. Hope you're having a good day considering it's a Monday, haha. :)

I made the black a pure black, rather than the charcoal-black color and made the blue a darker, sapphire blue. I also uploaded without the "curve" and another logo with a straight proportional "curve". Some people like it as a sign of safety or circulation as a representation, some people see it as unfit.
Personally, I like the your logo without the curve or this one. Not too much a fan of the proportional curved one. All up to you though, how are the colors? Keep me in the loop and I'll keep you very well accommodated! :) It's pretty modern of a logo and isn't too abstract but yet attractive and professional in nature.

Absolutely, I"ll get to work on it right away. The circular lines around the word REALTOR is to portray that every realtor goes to the HQ. Like a wrap around or go to, also represents safety. I can remove it though, I'll render out a couple of iterations of the logo and see what you like better. I'll upload asap, thank you.

I'm drawn to this one, but not sure about the lines around the word REALTOR. Is there a significance to it? Can we try with a richer black and more masculine shade of blue.
