Entry #8 We like this concept, the overall design and the sheen on the magnifying glass. However, it is a bit too simple and almost resembles what you might find in 'Clip-Art'. We would like to keep the concept while improving the image to look more upscale, classy or sophisticated. We also ideally want the full name - Real Estate Deals Etc.- on the same line or a stacked logo with Real Estate on one line and Deals Etc. on the 2nd line.
Entry 23 - We like this entry because it really represents what our business is all about. We would however, prefer a different color for the house and do not like this green. We would lkie the text in black. The tagline should read 'We find EXCEPTIONAL deals.' The green color you used in Entry #8 is a very good color.
Entry #26 We like this concept as it represents 'searching for a deal on a house'. We don't like the multishaded green in the leaves - especially the yellow (we don't prefer yellows). We would like to see the tagline 'We find EXCEPTIONAL deals. We also like that the graphic is to the left of the words.
As you can see, we like a few of your designs a lot. Our biggest issue is that we would like more sophisticated art. Is there a way for you to make it look more realistic? Perhaps, add a little more detail or sheen/shimmer or dimension to the art?
Also, our tagline should read: We find EXCEPTIONAL deals
In addition, Our company name is: Real Estate Deals Etc. (The period goes AFTER the Etc., not before it.)
The word "Deals" is VERY important, but you show it smaller than "Real Estate" Even if you choose not to enlarge it, perhaps you can make it a dark, rich green to make it stand out? We are looking for RICH, deep colors. Black and green is find, if you want to keep it two colors, but I would make the green just a little deeper.
Your designs are the most clever and you "get" our business.
We like many of the changes and have moved you up higher in tehrankings.
1. We prefer the CLEAR magnifying glass. Can you change the magnifying glass to CLEAR on #50 and #52? If possible, you could put a sheen/shimmer spot on the rim of the magnifying glass.
2. On #52, you need to add an "s" to "deal"
3. On #50, can you move the text block a little cloer to the art? It looks a little far apart from the house and magnifying glass to me.
4. On #50, can you do one more version with the tagline in a dark grey? This would make it three colors, we realize.
We still want the one in black, but we would like to see the contrast between the two.
I forgot one important point in #50. Can you please remove the gradient or white in the word, DEALS? The tops of the letters disappear and do not look sharp. We like the way DEALS looks in #52.
OK: We believe we are getting close. Here is some specific feedback
#77 1) Can you move the "i" in "find" closer to the "n?" It looks too close to the "f" and is getting lost. 2) Can you try the same logo, but give us a 2nd choice with the text block move to the left closer to the handle of the magnifying glass...but just a little? 3) Can On the tagline, can you capitalize the "w" in "We?" 5) Can On the tagline, can you reduce the kerning/spacing between each word just a little and then increase the font size as on THIS logo by even .5 pts., as the tagline is hard to read? This may also be harder to read because this one is gray. Perhaps you could do the same one with a black tagline, too, so that we could see the difference.
#75 1) If you stretched out "REAL ESTATE" like you did in #77 and put the "Etc." on its side and made the title of our company look the same as #77, this might be our first choice. We like the Etc. on its side best! Also, The size of "REAL ESTATE" in #77 is easiest to read. 2) As a variation, if you could do one with the line in between the title of our company and tagline (like in #77), that would be great.
#74 We are not sure of what the difference is between this one and the one above????
See feedback above. We want the text for Entry #75 to look EXACTLY like the text for Entry #77. The tagline needs to have a capital 'W' for the word 'We'. And ETC. needs to be positioned on its side. We really like this logo!! Please hurry!
